quentin tarantino’s deathproof is one hell of a ride. it is void of the moral medicine we usually get from artfilms and it does not pretend to be cool. this is the type of movie you’d want to see with your friends before heading off to a wild drinking spree somewhere in tagaytay or batangas. and if you’re dumb enough to make this the movie of your life, goodluck, this could be the last movie you’ll ever see.
this has the best car chase sequence ive ever seen. and half of the movie is all about that chase. i was holding on to my seat and my right foot was planted firmly on the floor trying desperately to put pressure on the brakes.
it stars kurt russel, rose mcgowan, rosario dawson, bruce willis’ daughter in die hard 4, sydney poitier and five other hot chicks. the soundtrack is cool, too. check it out here.
